Present Continuous


Put each verb in the correct form.

Remember: If you can't stand what people are used to do, you should use Present Continuous to show your annoyance.
  1. My new neighbour (smoke) a lot. It even stinks in my flat.
  2. John always (listen) to Austrian music. I can't bear that anymore.
  3. It's a real mess here. The children always (leave) their clothes on the floor.
  4. Harry always (make) the same mistakes. Will he never learn that?
  5. Kelly and Larry always (slam) the doors. They will be broken soon.
