A Job Interview

A: How many people are (work) at the receptionist at the same time?
I: About 8.
A: That’s a big team.
I: Well, you mention some language skills in your CV, but I don't know how to (interpret) A1? What does A1 (mean)?
A: I (guess) you are (refer) to my Japanese skills. It (mean) that I’m not very good at it. I have just (attend) my first course in Japanese.
I: That's interesting. Well, is there anything you would like to ask (ask)?
A: Yes, I am very interested in (make) a carrier. Therefore, I'd like to (know) if I have any chances to reach that aim here.
I: Of course, if you are very good at what you are doing, you can become an assistant.
A: That sounds (sound) good.
